1. President - Kay Halpin

Kay moved to Warrenville Lakes in 2017. She was appointed to the Board in order to fill a vacant spot and then elected as President after the departure of John Boyadjian in July, 2019. John's tenure has positioned our HOA on a solid foundation, and Kay is eager to continue that stability. 
She is dedicated to serving our neighborhood and leading the board through challenging situations. Kay facilitates our monthly Board meetings and chairs our Annual Meeting. 

Kay aims to share her organizational skills within the management of the Board and neighborhood.

3. Treasurer - Doug Thompson

Doug has lived in Warrenville Lakes since 2008.  He was elected to the Board in April 2010  and assumed the role of Treasurer in February 2011.  

He has led the Finance Committee in building our most recent several budgets, and performs broad supervision for the accounting functions of the Association.

Doug works in Information Technology for an international manufacturing company based in Itasca, IL.

4. Secretary - Judy Duvall

Judy Duvall has been a Director since 2012.  She serves as our Secretary. She takes and keeps the official minutes and non-financial records of the Association. 

She has interests in improving our environmental footprint and encourages us to think green as we make our decisions.

Director - Kirk Hammond

Kirk has been a resident of Warrenville Lakes since 1998.  He retired from Bell/AT&T/Lucent but continues to substitute teach in neighboring school districts three days a week.  He has experience in telecom, sales and online education.  Kirk wants to stay actively involved in the comunity so that he can help keep Warrenville Lakes a good place to live.

Director - Debbie Schroeder

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Dee has lived in Warrenville Lakes since 1997.  She had previously served on the WLHA Board in the early 2000's.  Her career has included extensive experience in purchasing, contract negotiations, communications and reconciliation.  Her hobbies include running, hiking and British sports cars.  Dee has re-joined the Board to help ensure Warrenville Lakes continues to be a great place to live and to improve communications.

Director - Paul Nosek

Paul Nosek was appointed to the Board at the January 2016 meeting. He has been involved in the board meetings and activities since joining the community in 2015.  

Paul was elected to a 2 year term in April 2020 and has stayed on for another 2 year term in 2022.
