TRASH PICKUP UPDATE FROM GROOT:
Groot has posted a modified trash service message on their website, pertaining to COVID-19.
Until further notice, they will NOT be picking up any loose trash that is not bagged, or in bins with handles. Construction debris, large items part of our HOA contract are also suspended.
In addition to white goods pick-up, that are usually scheduled with Groot.
This is certainly an incovenience to all of us, however this is their new policy.

*** ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES WILL BE POSTED ONLINE ONCE THEY ARE APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS DURING THE MAY 12th MEETING.
May/June Board Meetings; Conference Calls
May and June HOA board meetings will still be conducted via conference call.
Owners are naturally welcome to join these meetings, by the conference call info below.
We are anticipating needing to meet virtually only, through June during the continuing pandemic conditions.
Future meetings will have their methods determined at that time, whether it is safe or not to meet in person again, and our venues are open for our use.
