2026 Monthly Board Meeting Dates / Locations

Board meetings occur on the second Tuesday of the month beginning at 7:00 pm and are generally held at Immanuel Presbyterian Church, 29W260 Batavia Rd, or by teleconference.  Sign boards are posted at neighborhood entrances a few days prior reminding owners, and notices are posted at www.wlhoa.com and the community bulletin board.  You may contact This email address is being protected from spambots. 2026 Assessments

The 2026 Budget was approved on November 11, 2025.  Association fees for calendar year 2025 will increase to $250/mo after remaining steady for the three years in a row.  More information about payment options can be found here.  Coupon books will be arriving in the mail in late Decebmer 2025.  Please update any automatic payments you may have scheduled with your bank.
