New Dispute Resolution Policy

In accordance with the Condominium and Common Interest Community Ombudsperson Act, WLHA has a new Dispute Resolution Policy. 
This policy has been mailed out with the 2019 Assessment coupon books.

About Warrenville Lakes

Lake at Warrenville LakesWarrenville Lakes is a community of 164 townhomes located in Warrenville, Illinois. The subdivision is unique, quiet and friendly, surrounding a charming pond with a fountain and bordered by Ferry Creek to the south. Nearby are the highly rated Wheaton Warrenville Community Unit District 200 schools, churches, prime shopping, numerous upscale restaurants and the Cantera business park - offering a movie theater, numerous major businesses and a 24 hour Lifetime Fitness. You will find the Metra train station, I-88 toll road and all several major roadways as well as the Illinois Prairie Path about five minutes away and easily accessible. Membership in the Warrenville Library, Park District and Park District fitness center is available. In addition there are many DuPage County Forest Preserves for all types of outdoor recreation.

With an all volunteer Board, the homeowners' association is able to maintain a community feel while keeping the monthly maintenance fees to a minimum for all outdoor and common area services.
