Operations
Warrenville Lakes collects assessments that are used to provide services, including trash collection for residents. These operations are governed by the rules and regulations, and the WLHOA management.
Management
Warrenville Lakes is managed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors, with the day to day assistance of two qualified staffers: an on-site property manager, and an accounts manager.

Trash Collection
The trash and recycling is collected each week on Thursday.
Holiday Schedule Changes - The weeks of New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, trash collection is pushed back one day to Friday.

The Rules and Regulations section 6.03a state: "Solid waste and recycle items are to be placed at the curb for pick-up on the scheduled day. Items for pick up must not be placed outside earlier than 4:00 p.m. the night before scheduled pick up day."
Recycle items must be placed at the curb in clearly marked recycle containers. This container should have been provided with each WLHOA unit. We offer single sort recycling - there is no need to sort your recyclables.
Rules and Regulations section 6.03d states: "All recycle bins should be removed from the curb as soon as possible, especially on windy days, and should be returned to the WLHA Townhouse Unit by the evening of the day of trash pickup."
Please be considerate of your neighbors and the property when putting out trash and retrieving containers on windy days. Negligence causes unnecessary clean up labor and expense.
