Finances

Association fees are due on the first of the month, and late if not received by the tenth calendar day of the month, regardless of day of week.  You may prepay any amount up through the end of the current calendar year.

The monthly association fee for 2026 is $250/mo, or $3,000 for the year.

The proposed association fee for 2027 is $262/mo, or $3,144 for the year.  This fee will be considered for approval with the 2027 budget at the Nov 10, 2026 board meeting.
