Warrenville Lakes collects Homeowners' Association dues on a monthly basis. You may prepay your dues through the end of the current calendar year. Any dues paid late are subject to a charge of $25 per incident.
You may pay your dues by mail or in person at West Suburban Bank locations using your provided payment coupons. You may also pay using an electronic bank payment system by sending your payment to:

In place of an account number, please indicate "Post to Unit xx-xxx". You can find your unit number in your payment coupon book.
Association Fees for 2011 are officially $158.00 per month. However, for the first six months a reduced rate of $155.00 per month will be charged as allowed by the Covenants. The full year fee will be $1878, effectively 3.64% higher than 2010. As always, a $25 late fee will be added to any account not received and credited by the bank on or before the 10th calendar day of the month.
