1. President - John Boyadjian

John moved to Warrenville Lakes in late 2015. He was appointed to the Board in order to fill a vacant spot and then elected as President after the departure of our esteemed past President, Michael Hunter in April 2018. Hunter's tenure has positioned our HOA on a solid foundation, and John is eager to continue that stability. 
He is dedicated to serving our cherished neighborhood and leading the board through challenging situations. John facilitates our monthly Board meetings and chairs our Annual Meeting. 

John works in engineering for a fire safety firm in Aurora, IL and looks to share his technical skills within the management of the Board and neighborhood.

2. Vice President - Tom Lyons

Tom Lyons was elected to the Board in 2014 as a director.  Tom was then voted in for Vice President in April 2018. He has interest in the financial well-being of the association. 

3. Treasurer - Doug Thompson

Doug has lived in Warrenville lakes since 2008.  He was elected to the Board in April 2010  and assumed the role of Treasurer in February 2011.  

He has led the Finance Committee in building our most recent several budgets, and performs broad supervision for the accounting functions of the Association.

Doug works in Information Technology for an international manufacturing company based in Itasca, IL.

4. Secretary - Judy Duvall

Judy Duvall has been a Director since 2012.  She serves as our Secretary. She takes and keeps the official minutes and non-financial records of the Association. 

She has interests in improving our environmental footprint.  She has been an unofficial liason to the Garden Plotters, and encourages us to think green as we make our decisions.

Judi St Clair

Judi continues to serve as director on the board as of 2018. She is a long time Director and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.  

Judi chairs the Landscape Committee and it committed to beautification and organization.  She works directly with our Site Manager and our vendors to coordinate new plantings, lawn and tree health and maintenance, and property clean-up.

She is a retired educator, and now also works part time for the Park District.

Kay Halpin

Kay was elected to the Board in April 2018 as our newest Director. She has an interest in beautification and gardening, since she is also a member of the Warrenville Garden Club, serving on their committee as well as our HOA. 

Paul Nosek

Paul Nosek was appointed to the Board at the January 2016 meeting. He has been involved in the board meetings and activities since joining the community in 2015.  

Paul was elected to a 2 year term in April 2016 and has stayed on for another 2 year term in 2018.
